Matt & Charmaine are the Lead Pastors of College Street Victory Church in Chilliwack, BC. They have a heart to serve people and are actively involved in the community they serve. They have been in full time ministry for over 17 years, and currently sit on the Executive Board of Victory Churches of Canada. They have a passion for helping people discover their passion and purpose, and Matt is also a certified life coach and growth specialist. Outside of the church they love staying physically active, being outdoors, going to the lake with their family as well as riding motorcycles together.
